Hans has a background as a consultant and advisor within recruitment and management consulting services for Norwegian and Nordic companies over a 10-year period and has led large organizations in Norway, the Nordic countries, and Northern Europe for more than 10 years. He has been responsible for HRG (Hogg Robinson Group) in the Nordic region and Northern Europe and he has been heading DHL in Norway. He has held several leadership roles in other trade and service companies and he also has extensive experience as chairman of the board and as a board member from several companies and organizations.

Hans offers services in the areas of leadership support, development and coaching, change management, organizational change, recruitment, board coaching, board responsibilities & tasks and management processes. His background and experience enable him to quickly familiarize himself with the issues that exist and create a good understanding of the situation, the challenges, and possible ways forward. He is focused on finding solutions that are practically feasible and that can be implemented at a scope and at a pace that suits the individual organization.
